You may view, download, and print content from our website for your personal and non-commercial use, provided you do not modify or delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

6. Service Terms

Our services are subject to separate agreements that will be provided to you before any work commences. These agreements will outline the specific terms, including but not limited to scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables created as part of our services will be transferred to you upon full payment of all invoices.

7. AI-Generated Data — Accuracy and Limitations

Orbyt's audit reports and the data published on this website are produced using Linksii, which queries AI models including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. By using our services or relying on data published on this website, you acknowledge the following:

• Non-determinism. AI model outputs are non-deterministic and may vary between runs, sessions, and model versions. Identical queries can produce different results at different times.
• Hallucination risk. AI models can produce plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information about clinics, practitioners, treatments, credentials, or locations. Orbyt takes reasonable steps to identify and contextualise inaccurate outputs, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated response.
• Point-in-time data. Audit results reflect AI model behaviour at the time of querying. AI models are updated continuously by their developers; visibility scores and citation rates may change without notice.
• Statistical sampling. Visibility scores and citation rates are derived from structured prompt sampling and are statistical approximations, not exhaustive or definitive measurements.
• Not professional advice. Audit data and reports produced by Orbyt are provided for informational and strategic purposes only. They do not constitute medical, clinical, regulatory, or legal advice and should not be treated as such.

Orbyt's recommendations are based on Linksii data and professional judgement. Orbyt accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated data that later proves to be inaccurate or out of date.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement provided to you. Generally, we require a deposit before work commences, with the balance due upon completion or as specified in the agreement.

Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and services.

We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss; loss of profits; loss of business; loss of revenue; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation; or any other loss that was not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time the contract was formed.

In particular, we accept no liability for any decisions made on the basis of AI-generated audit data that subsequently proves to be inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete, except to the extent that such inaccuracy resulted from our own negligence.

Our total liability to you in respect of any contract to provide services to you shall not exceed the total amount paid and payable to us under the contract.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Northern Ireland and UK law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbyt, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website or services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
