Our website uses Umami Analytics, a privacy-first analytics platform that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Umami tracks aggregate page views and session data without identifying individual users.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. For full details on how we use cookies and tracking technologies, please see our Cookie Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services in connection with our website and business:

These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
11. AI-Generated Data and Linksii
Orbyt uses Linksii — a proprietary AI visibility monitoring platform — to generate audit data about how AI models describe and recommend aesthetic clinics. This data is used to produce client reports and the aggregated, anonymised data published on this website.
You should be aware of the following limitations of AI-generated data:
- Non-determinism — AI model outputs are non-deterministic. The same query run at different times or in different sessions may produce different results.
- Hallucination risk — AI models can produce plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information about clinics, practitioners, treatments, or qualifications. Orbyt takes reasonable steps to identify and contextualise such outputs, but cannot guarantee their accuracy.
- Point-in-time data — Audit results reflect AI model behaviour at the time of querying. AI models are updated continuously by their developers; results may change without notice.
- Statistical sampling — Visibility scores and citation rates are derived from structured prompt sampling and represent statistical approximations, not exhaustive measurements.
Data published on this website is anonymised and aggregated. Individual clinic data included in client reports is shared only with the relevant client and is treated as confidential.
12. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside the United Kingdom and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data to the United Kingdom and process it there.
13. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
